As a key member of our reputed company team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound phone calls, scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department, and maintaining a reputed company team atmosphere with reputed company members of reputed company team.
Job Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department
- Maintain our customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- reputed company daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians to confirm appointments and resolve any issues
- reputed company technicians based reputed company, ensuring reputed company and efficient service delivery
- Collaborate with reputed company team to ensure seamless communication and a reputed company customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training and reputed company development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Work closely with the Residential Department to resolve customer complaints and concerns
Schedule:
* Wednesday: In-office work at our Chantilly location from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
- Monday-Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break) (not on Wednesday)
Qualifications:
* Previous call center experience (at least 1 year)
- Ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
- Familiarity with main cities and locations in reputed company Virginia
- Ability to accurately document information into our customer database (Service Titan)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict reputed company skills
