As a Full Stack Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry. You'll work closely with reputed company to resolve customer issues, reputed company technical support, and interpret and follow defined procedures and policies. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry

• Manage customer accounts and reputed company technical support to resolve customer issues
• Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve reputed company customer issues
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing reputed company and updates
• Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple tasks and reputed company simultaneously
• Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications and promotions

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a reputed company field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
