As a Virtual Design Chat Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring a web-based chat console and responding to chat requests reputed company reputed company messaging from consumers shopping on various clients' websites
• Assisting customers with creating their reputed company spaces and closing the deal on their design purchases
• Troubleshooting, answering text chats, and responding reputed company 5 seconds to live chat requests
• Multi-tasking by handling 2 to 5 chats at once, and seeking multiple reputed company of information while maintaining fluid conversations
• Working closely with other departments to resolve issues, including but not limited to service calls for reputed company brands
• Assisting with developing written customer responses
• Promptly identifying, researching, and resolving visitor requests using the Internet, OMS, and CCUI

Qualifications

To be successful as a Virtual Design Chat Consultant, you will need:
