As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering outstanding service to our clients and their members. You'll be responsible for inbound and outbound calling, setting appointments, performing presentations, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
* Inbound and outbound calling to clients and their members
- Setting appointments and scheduling presentations
- Performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry
- Completing necessary paperwork and documentation

Essential Qualifications
