As a Part-Time Customer Care Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through multiple channels, including phone, chat, and email. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing product and service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving customer concerns in a reputed company and courteous manner.

Responsibilities

* Answer incoming customer contacts (calls, chats, emails) in a reputed company manner

Home Office Requirements
