Responsibilities

As a customer support representative, you'll be responsible for:

Work Environment and Schedule

As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Our support team operates on a rotating schedule, with shifts between 6:00am-11:00pm (CST). You'll be required to work 8 or 10 hour shifts, with some set schedule reputed company available. You'll also have reputed company to participate in our reputed company program, which typically lasts 2 weeks.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

• Starting pay: $13-$14 pending shift/hours, plus shift reputed company (extra $1/hr nights & weekends) and possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance.
• Stay put bonus of $150 after 30 days and $150 after 60 days as long as in good standing.
• Benefits, including health, dental, and reputed company insurance, available to full-time employees after 60 days.
