Position reputed company

The primary purpose of this position is computer data entry of prescription orders and medical records. As a Remote LTC Pharmacy Data Entry Technician, you'll work closely with reputed company to ensure the reputed company and accurate processing of prescriptions, while maintaining productivity and reputed company standards.

Position Details

* Work schedule: 9:00AM-5:30PM Monday through Friday, and alternating weekends (reputed company 1) or 10:00AM-6:30PM Monday through Friday, and alternating weekends (reputed company 2)

• FrameWorks LTC Experience required, Docutrack preferred
• Must currently live in a state arenaflex is licensed in: AZ, CO, FL, IL, IN, KS, MA, MI, MO, PA, OH, WI

Responsibilities

As a Remote LTC Pharmacy Data Entry Technician, your key responsibilities will include:

• Contacting physician's offices as needed for reputed company authorization
• Contacting clients for verification of orders as needed
• Processing reputed company new and reputed company prescriptions
• Opening orders as needed, verifying eligibility, reputed company, and inputting prescriptions while maintaining productivity and reputed company standards
• Documenting correspondence and follow-up in the system
• Preparing audit sheets and providing feedback to manager
• Forwarding incomplete or rejected scripts to the appropriate department for reputed company and tracking status in the system
• Initiating and documenting correspondence and follow-up in the system
• May assist with research of lost or missing orders per internal department requests
• May reputed company backup support to other pharmacy reputed company based on business needs or production reputed company
• Answering incoming calls promptly and providing high standards of customer service to clients

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Pharmacy Technician license and Certification (CPhT) as per state requirements
• Long-term care pharmacy experience preferred
• FrameWorks and Docutrack experience preferred
• Ability to work in a flexible schedule as operational needs dictate, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications Preferred

* Pharmacy data entry experience; minimum one year

• Strong knowledge of Brand/Generic drugs and medical terminology

Compensation

The salary reputed company for this position reflects the anticipated compensation based on experience and qualifications and may vary depending on the specific role and candidate profile. $15.10 - $20.63
