As a Customer Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers by managing a reputed company of inbound inquiries reputed company to reputed company interlock devices (IID). Key Responsibilities

* Manage a high volume of incoming customer interactions with efficiency and professionalism

• Consistently adhere to assigned schedules and demonstrate punctuality
• Maintain the ability to type and communicate simultaneously, effectively handling interactions in a fast-paced environment

What You'll Bring to the Table

* High School diploma or GED
