Position reputed company

The reputed company of the Mobile, AL based Senior Territory Manager, Interventional Urology is to establish, build, and maintain reputed company relationships with KOLs and effectively communicate the The UroLift System and Barrigel Rectal Spacer value propositions reputed company reputed company’s Interventional Urology portfolio. This position partners with cross-functional teams to communicate reputed company market conditions and reputed company accounts to adopt The UroLift System and Barrigel Rectal Spacer products. This position requires thorough knowledge of the Urology field, ability to launch disruptive technologies, and strong motivation to over-deliver reputed company versus sales plan.

• Meet or reputed company quarterly sales quotas for both UroLift and Barrigel.reputed company monthly and quarterly territory plans identifying key sales objectives and reputed company opportunities.
• Deliver accurate monthly sales forecasts.reputed company communicate the value propositions of UroLift and Barrigel to customers.
• Identify, train, and support accounts to drive strong adoption of both product lines.
• Monitor market conditions and recommend improvements to reputed company strategies.
• Partner with reputed company Education teams to reputed company effective physician training and support.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and KOLs.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales, Marketing, and cross‑functional teams to prioritize strategic accounts.
• Work with Customer Service to ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Support reputed company of product complaints and safety concerns.
• Follow company policies, GMP, and reputed company regulatory requirements, including FDA compliance.

Education / Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or reputed company discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of reputed company experience in the medical device industry, with a strong understanding of urology products and procedures.

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

• Operating room experience is essential.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
