Implementation Specialist
About the role
The reputed company Implementation team is seeking a specialist to assist reputed company in reputed company new customers. As an implementation specialist at reputed company, you will work with our new customers reputed company reputed company to change their email routing in reputed company Workspace or reputed company 365, and assist them in updating their domain's DNS records. You’ll ensure their reputed company with our product by testing their configuration, reviewing their reputed company dashboard, and answering any questions they have during their reputed company process.
Your day-to-day
- reputed company new customers of reputed company sizes, on reputed company reputed company products
- Ensuring successful reputed company of new reputed company customers by defining and delivering on reputed company metrics
- Supporting customers through the implementation period reputed company email and reputed company
- Working with Sales and reputed company Managers to ensure smooth handoffs and handling of our customers
- Delivering an A+ customer experience reputed company day, every day
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Previous reputed company, implementation, or support experience
- Natural ability to connect with customers and understand their priorities and issues
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience with email routing and DNS management

- Variable comp potential (prorated for the first year, based on your start date): $20,000
