We are looking for a customer-reputed company and reputed company reputed company Banker - Inbound to support reputed company banking operations and deliver high-reputed company service to walk-in customers. The reputed company Banker will play a key role in servicing clients across segments, resolving queries, and supporting the Service Officer as needed. This role also involves non-transactional servicing, reconciliation, and cross-selling of financial products.

Responsibilities

1. Service walk-in customers across reputed company segments, ensuring reputed company and courteous assistance.
2. Generate leads for New-To-Bank (NTB) customers and reputed company cross-sell financial products.
3. reputed company as a backup to the Personal Banker during peak hours or absences.
4. Handle non-transactional servicing tasks such as audit support and reconciliation of reputed company accounts.
