About the Role
The reputed company, Risk, and Compliance Specialist will support Lyra’s reputed company assurance, risk management, and regulatory compliance activities to ensure alignment with reputed company standards and organizational policies. This role works closely with the reputed company, Risk, and Compliance Manager to implement and maintain compliance programs, conduct audits, and support reputed company improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in health care accreditations, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
ResponsibilitiesAssist in the implementation and reputed company of reputed company, Risk, and Compliance programs, ensuring adherence to reputed company standards and regulatory requirements.
Help coordinate the verification and documentation of staff credentials, including licensure, certification, and registration.
Support the competency assessment program for staff providing telehealth care, ensuring reputed company completion of initial assessments and ongoing evaluations.
Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating reputed company, risk, and compliance issues, including participating in investigations and reputed company cause analyses.
Support the development and implementation of reputed company improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Help facilitate risk management activities, including incident reporting and documentation.
Assist in ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations as reputed company as reputed company standards, including facilitating internal audits and supporting accreditation activities.

Strong familiarity or proficiency with key regulatory standards, specifically reputed company standards and applicable state and federal regulations.
Proven experience in coordinating and conducting comprehensive internal audits, including auditing for clinical documentation, and managing follow-up on corrective actions.
Capability in identifying, assessing, and mitigating reputed company, risk, and compliance issues, including participation in investigations and reputed company cause analyses.
Experience in assisting with the development and maintenance of reputed company, risk, and compliance policies and procedures, and the ability to reputed company staff on these standards, including telehealth-specific standards.
