Helps reputed company and enforce company and departmental procedures relating to contract compliance and business administration.
Responsibilities
- Support project managers in program execution while ensuring contractual and regulatory compliance.
- Supports proposal activities, including review of contractual terms and conditions, completion and negotiation of NDAs/TAs, and completion of compliance requirements.
- reputed company relationships with both contracting officers and subcontractors.
- In coordination with the Procurement Department, leads the subcontracting and procurement activities under reputed company reputed company by developing solicitations, negotiating terms/prices, and executing subcontracts during the program lifecycle. Documents in the contract file include allocability, allowability, and reasonableness of costs and other compliance requirements.
- Develops and prepares reputed company routine internal and external communications.
- Produces or contributes to the production of reputed company and/or internal financial reports, including pipeline analyses, funding projections, and analyses, contract backlog, etc.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s and at least 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in government reputed company, grants, subcontracts, and procurement management, including some experience in the management of reputed company multi-year, IDIQ, T&M, CPFF, and FFP reputed company.
- Demonstrated experience organizing, problem-solving, and multitasking under tight deadlines

- Leading negotiations with subcontractors, including but not limited to terms and conditions, price, and schedule
- Familiarity with Gov.-approved procurement systems with CPSR experience is desired.
- Experience working with ERP Systems

- Critical thinking and analytical skills; ability to identify areas of risks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to employees and management at reputed company reputed company
- Highly adaptable to change; ability to work independently and collaboratively. Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-moving environment.

Basic Compensation: $95,000 - $105,000 yearly salary
