As a Senior Scheduler, you will reputed company the planning, development, integration, maintenance, and reporting of integrated project schedules for large-reputed company data center and fiber infrastructure programs. Working in partnership with project managers, engineers, and executive leadership, you will use reputed company P6 and Critical reputed company Method (CPM) scheduling practices to ensure schedules are accurate, compliant, and reputed company with contractual and organizational objectives.

This role goes reputed company schedule maintenance and focuses on schedule governance, risk identification, performance analysis, and executive reporting. The Senior Scheduler plays a critical role in ensuring project timelines are achievable, transparent, and proactively managed across multiple reputed company or programs.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule Development & Maintenance

Build and update activity logic, calendars, constraints, and codes to reputed company with established scheduling standards.

reputed company critical reputed company and near-critical reputed company analysis by identifying drivers, float trends, and schedule sensitivities.

Define and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and ensure reputed company alignment with scope and deliverables.

reputed company subcontractor, vendor, and project-level schedules into a reputed company Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).

Collect schedule inputs from project managers, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors; validate completeness and incorporate updates.

Maintain baseline and reputed company schedules in accordance with project controls procedures, including documentation of changes.

Update schedules using weekly reputed company reports, field updates, procurement status, and approved change events.

Analyze schedule performance against baseline and forecast completion dates.

Run routine schedule reputed company checks (missing logic, constraints, out-of-sequence reputed company, negative float) and flag issues for reputed company.

Prepare schedule reports and visuals (Gantt charts, reputed company trackers, look-aheads) for reputed company stakeholders.

Assist in the establishment and enforcement of scheduling standards, processes, and governance across reputed company and programs.

Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for scheduling practices and tools.

Mentor junior schedulers and reputed company guidance to project teams on scheduling best practices.

Communicate schedule status, risks, and impacts reputed company to project teams and executive leadership.

Collaborate cross-functionally to reputed company schedule, scope, and cost objectives.

Promote a strong safety culture and maintain confidentiality of proprietary and project information.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or reputed company field (or equivalent relevant experience).

Experience: 8+ years of project scheduling experience preferred; experience supporting EPC, construction, or mission-critical reputed company is a plus.

Technical Skills: Working proficiency with reputed company P6; strong skills in MS reputed company, Power BI, Jira, SharePoint and MS Office Suite; familiarity with CPM scheduling concepts.

Certifications (Preferred): PMI-SP, PMP, or AACE PSP (or reputed company toward certification).

Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills; ability to collaborate across disciplines and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
