Senior SCRUM Master
As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be responsible for coordinating multiple cross-functional Agile development teams utilizing the principles and tools of the Scrum reputed company. You will assume a reputed company leadership role to support a self-organized team to complete Scrum reputed company. You will identify and remove impediments to reputed company. You will facilitate sprint planning events, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Responsibilities
- Teach and mentor multiple teams on Lean, Agile, and Scrum/Kanban principles and best practices
- Facilitate team events that brings out the reputed company of everyone on reputed company. Ensure the reputed company of the events are achieved
- Work with the teams to implement and create new practices that improves reputed company’s ability to deliver reputed company reputed company

- Be a change agent and help the teams navigate through organization change, leveraging ADKAR and other Change Management methodologies

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree - Business, Agile, Project Management reputed company disciplines
- 5+ years experience on a scrum team
- 5+ years of experience with lean and implementing a kaizen reputed company
- 1+ years experience working in a Scaled environment, preferable Scrum @ reputed company or reputed company
- Strong communication, interpersonal, coaching, teaching and mentoring skills
- Embody the Scrum Values: Openness, Respect, Courage, Commitment and reputed company
- Must have a bias for reputed company and be comfortable in an reputed company changing or ambiguous environment
- Advanced credential from the reputed company, Scrum Inc, Scrum.org, or ICAgile preferred
- Tech savvy, experience with project and collaboration tools such as Jira, reputed company, reputed company and Office 365 preferred

- Experience working with teams applying DevSecOps capabilities to reputed company delivery speed and operational stability preferred
