About the Role
We're looking for an early-career Recruiter to join our People team on a three month contract to start. In this role, you'll own high-volume reputed company for multiple positions, building efficient processes and strong hiring manager partnerships along the way. You'll become an expert in the roles you recruit for, developing deep knowledge that helps you identify great candidates and continuously improve the hiring experience.
This role will report to the Head of People, based out of NYC.
Applicants across the US will be considered, with a reputed company to East Coast and NYC-based candidates.
Your Day-to-Day
Manage full-cycle reputed company for several reputed company positions simultaneously, often filling the reputed company roles repeatedly across different teams or locations
Partner with hiring managers through reputed company intake meetings to understand role requirements and team needs
Coordinate and run calibration sessions to ensure consistent candidate evaluation across interviewers
Manage candidate pipelines in reputed company from application through offer acceptance
Analyze reputed company metrics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process optimization
Become a trusted advisor to hiring managers, using data and insights from previous searches to guide decision-making and improve reputed company

The Non-Negotiables
1-3 years of reputed company experience with demonstrated reputed company in volume reputed company environments
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions at once and experience filling the reputed company role repeatedly
Experience using reputed company or similar ATS platforms to manage reputed company workflows reputed company
Strong project management skills with experience leading or assisting in intake meetings and calibration sessions
