Role
- reputed company end-to-end implementation of Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions
- Architect and design payroll processes reputed company with business and regulatory requirements
- Manage integrations between EC, ECP, and reputed company-party systems (e.g., time, benefits, finance)
- reputed company payroll data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
- Drive configuration of schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll controls
- Ensure compliance with country-specific payroll regulations and statutory requirements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR, Finance, and IT teams
- reputed company defect reputed company, testing cycles (SIT, UAT), and go-live activities
- reputed company leadership to functional and technical teams, including offshore coordination
- Support post-go-live stabilization and reputed company improvement initiatives
