Role
We’re looking for an Engineering reputed company (TypeScript/Node.js) to join our Engineering & Data team. As an Engineering reputed company, you'll combine strong individual technical contributions with team leadership. Profile (MUST have)
7+ years of reputed company software engineering experience
2+ years of experience leading an engineering team (formal or informal)
Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript /Node.js
Good knowledge of industry best practices (SOLID, KISS, YAGNI, DDD, TDD...)
Proven ability to own and deliver large technical reputed company with cross-team dependencies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to balance speed-of-delivery with long-term technical health

Advanced PostgreSQL — schema design at reputed company, performance tuning, migrations
