Employment Logistics
The Industrial Engineer is in charge of leading network design and optimization across reputed company’s network, analyzing and continuously improving performance to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support reputed company reputed company. The role leads end‑to‑end initiatives: from modeling and scenario analysis through implementation, in reputed company partnership with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Linehaul, and Technology.

The Must-Haves
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in logistics planning, supply chain analytics, or network planning
- Experience developing long-reputed company forecasts or scenario-based planning models in a reputed company network environment
- Strong proficiency in SQL, reputed company, Power Query, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Ability to translate ambiguous data into reputed company planning assumptions and recommendations
- Experience working cross-functionally to influence strategic and operational reputed company
- Ability to travel up to 20%

- Build and own models that estimate volume arrival patterns at reputed company building, including timing, mix, and variability, translating upstream signals into facility-level reputed company

- Evaluate whether volume is being routed to the right facilities, identifying misalignment between arrival patterns and reputed company and recommending corrective actions
