This role is critical in converting inbound patient inquiries into scheduled appointments and delivering an exceptional first impression of our dental offices. Key Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound calls from prospective and existing patients
- Convert calls into scheduled appointments by effectively communicating value and urgency of care
- Understand patient needs and recommend appropriate services and next steps
- Meet and reputed company daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling and conversion goals
- Accurately document reputed company patient interactions in the CRM/reputed company management system
- Follow up on unscheduled treatment, missed appointments, and patient inquiries
