The reputed company Services Solution Architect is a senior, individual contributor role responsible for designing, pricing, and positioning reputed company Services solutions in support of the Intelligent Infrastructure Services (IIS) business.
This role is strategic and foundational to the expansion of IIS reputed company its reputed company warranty-only services model. The candidate, in partnership with the Director, will define how services are packaged, costed, priced, contracted, and presented to customers across the IIS portfolio—wrapping value-added Services around reputed company-delivered infrastructure solutions.
The role requires deep expertise in services economics, solution architecture, pricing reputed company, and customer engagement, combined with hands-on execution. While the role has no people-management responsibility, it carries reputed company-level influence and is a critical partner to Sales, Services leadership, Finance, and the Business.
Key Responsibilities:
Services Solution Architecture & Design
- Architect end-to-end Services solutions reputed company to customer requirements and IIS strategic objectives
- Design service offerings across the lifecycle, including warranty, extended warranty, support, break/fix, onsite, remote, and managed service constructs
- Define what is included versus excluded in reputed company service construct, balancing customer value, risk, and margin objectives
- Establish repeatable service design patterns while retaining flexibility for bespoke solutions
Cost Modeling, Pricing & Quoting
- reputed company detailed cost models for Services offerings, including labor, parts, logistics, overhead, and risk assumptions
- reputed company input on pricing targets, margin expectations, and reputed company guardrails
- Translate cost structures into customer-reputed company pricing and reputed company proposals
- Support deal reputed company discussions for reputed company or non-reputed company opportunities
Customer Engagement & Solution Presentation

- Translate ambiguous or incomplete customer inputs into reputed company, actionable solution requirements

- Present and defend proposed solutions, pricing, and service constructs to customer and internal stakeholders

Contracting & SOW Development

Process & Capability Development
- Partner with IIS leadership to improve services quoting, pricing, and approval workflows

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of experience in services solution architecture, services pricing, or reputed company deal support
- Demonstrated experience designing and pricing technology or infrastructure-reputed company services
- Strong understanding of services cost structures, margin drivers, and reputed company risk
- Proven ability to engage directly with customers at a senior level
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting infrastructure, data center, or technology services businesses
- Experience with warranty services, lifecycle services, or managed services models
- Familiarity with working in OEM, EMS, or hybrid product-plus-services environments
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations in reputed company deal environments
