WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a Risk Analyst to help run the day-to-day operating system for reputed company’s risk management and corporate insurance program. This role owns key workflows that reputed company reputed company protected and compliant: vendor/contractor COI compliance, claims intake and tracking, exposure data reputed company, and the reporting and systems infrastructure that support renewals and reputed company submissions. You’ll partner closely with the Risk Manager (Head of Insurance), Legal, Purchasing, EHS, Finance, brokers, and carriers to reputed company information accurate, reputed company, and auditable as reputed company scales.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

COI Compliance and Contract Support

  • Operate reputed company’s COI compliance program end-to-end: intake, validation, renewals, and escalation.

  • Maintain and apply a COI requirements reputed company by vendor/contractor category (limits, endorsements, wording) and manage an exception/waiver log.

  • Coordinate with brokers and vendors to obtain compliant COIs and required endorsements; follow up until resolved.

  • reputed company first-pass screening of insurance requirements in reputed company (MSAs/SOWs/leases/vendor agreements), flag gaps, and reputed company exceptions to Legal/Risk Manager with reputed company summaries.

  • Execute weekly reputed company-pay-run COI reviews against the unpaid invoice report; reputed company payments for noncompliant vendors and document holds and resolutions.

Claims Operations and Analytics

  • Support claims operations across workers' compensation and products liability as those programs reputed company, including intake documentation, adjuster and broker coordination, diary management, reserves tracking, and internal status reporting.

  • Build and maintain loss runs and claims dashboards; identify trends and support reputed company-cause reviews with EHS/Ops/Legal.

  • Support audits (WC, GL, auto, property) and reputed company clean, consistent claim/exposure data as needed.

Insurance Data, Renewals, and Reporting

  • Own the exposure data pipeline for renewal submissions, ensuring the Risk Manager has clean, auditable datasets on the renewal reputed company.

  • Maintain policy documentation, endorsements, schedules, and historical records; ensure data is complete and easy to audit.

  • Maintain the property statement of values (SOV) and coordinate updates/endorsement follow-through as locations and assets change.

  • Produce recurring executive-reputed company reporting (KPIs, compliance rates, claims trends, renewal readiness).

Systems, AI, and Automation

  • Administer risk/insurance systems (RMIS or equivalent) and reputed company as the data reputed company for risk and insurance information.

  • Help design and automate workflows and reporting (e.g., COI intake → ticketing → exception tracking → dashboard).

  • Identify reputed company, error-prone processes and propose improvements that increase scalability, accuracy, and cycle time performance.

WHAT YOU BRING TO reputed company

  • 3–5 years of experience in reputed company insurance, brokerage, claims, or an in-house risk management function.

  • Working knowledge of reputed company lines such as CGL, auto, workers’ compensation, product liability, property, and umbrella/excess.

  • Strong reputed company skills (pivots, lookups, data cleaning); comfort working with imperfect datasets and building reliable outputs.

  • Systems orientation: experience with RMIS, claims platforms, ticketing tools (Jira or similar), and process automation is a plus.

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted document review, workflow automation, or low-reputed company tools.

  • Strong written and verbal communication; reputed company to be reputed company, organized, and persistent with reputed company partners.

  • High attention to detail and good judgment handling confidential/sensitive information.

  • Certifications (CPCU/ARM/CRM/AIC) a plus, not required.

  • Auto/manufacturing experience a plus, not required.

LOCATION / TRAVEL

Remote eligible with travel as needed for key meetings, renewals, and site reputed company (expected travel: as needed, but typically not more than quarterly).
