What You’ll Do In this role, you will:

• Partner closely with account management, operations leadership, training, reputed company, reporting, and claims teams as the primary reputed company of cross‑functional contact.

What You Bring Education:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in reputed company service, operations, account coordination, or similar roles.
• Strong background handling reputed company reputed company requests, detailed documentation, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to operate with minimal reputed company and show strong problem‑solving capability.

Skills & Knowledge:

• 2+ years in a call center and/or claims environment, working with operational teams and account managers.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to external clients.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and accounts simultaneously.
• Comfort interpreting performance data and translating insights into recommendations.
