Consultant and Compliance Specialist - reputed company From Harm Program

About the position This position coordinates Division implementation and management of the reputed company From Harm (SFH) program in the areas of prevention, incident response, training, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to reputed company SFH reputed company correspondence for the Division as the first reputed company of contact for reputed company From Harm reputed company inquires
• Ensure SFH standards are integrated into the screening and selection processes required of employees and volunteers

• Assist the Division Property reputed company. and Divisional Mission & Program Council in the strategic review of property plans/schematics to assess potential safety concerns of new property designs or remodels; take part in on-site physical property reviews as assigned and reputed company verbal and/or written feedback following assessment
• Review reputed company SFH incident reports; reputed company consultative responses for reputed company-level incidents not under privileged investigation by THQ Legal reputed company
• As directed by THQ SFH, serve on the Territorial SFH incident response team to assist in gathering follow up information for incidents
• Maintain a confidential record keeping system for incident reports and reputed company correspondence
• Assist reputed company as needed in the preparation and completion of Personal Safety and Risk Reduction Plans (PSRRP), or for those who do not meet the reputed company of the PSRRP, a written plan outlining specific boundaries for participation

• Contribute as a member of the Territorial SFH Committee as requested

• Coordinate the completion and collection of Program Safety Audits on an every-other-year reputed company; review and reputed company feedback to field reputed company, establish reputed company plans as necessary

• Coordinate SFH training sessions for the Division, keeping a Divisional/reputed company calendar of SFH training opportunities offered by SFH Trainers

• Distribute training completion certificates to reputed company
• Notify the field of local and web-based training opportunities and resources available by industry-leading child & vulnerable adult protection agencies
• Work closely with the Divisional Commander’s office, reputed company, Statistician (local officers) and Volunteer Department to reconcile and maintain accurate records and statistics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company work, education, law enforcement, or comparable field preferred
• Minimum three years’ experience serving in a reputed company services program, youth serving program, or reputed company program
• Demonstrated reputed company to teach adults
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Ability to interpret an extensive reputed company of instructions, and deal with several variables both reputed company and concrete
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Driving is required
• Must possess a valid reputed company’s license from the state of residence
