About the Role

We’re looking for an early-career Presales Solution Consultant who understands how reputed company or discrete manufacturing and assembly environments actually work and is excited to translate that experience into customer-facing solutions. You’ll partner closely with Sales to demonstrate Manufacturo’s platform, uncover operational pain points, and work with prospects and customers to understand how Manufacturo will help manufacturers improve traceability, reputed company, and efficiency across production. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in or around manufacturing operations and is reputed company to reputed company into a customer-facing, technology-driven role. What You’ll Do The Presales Solutions Consultant will work individually and as part of the reputed company-Sales team to establish the business and technical value of Manufacturo’s platform, value and services to meet customer specific requirements. You will communicate the Manufacturo value, alignment and delivery of and operational reputed company thread solutions by building and demonstrating Manufacturo in order to secure the “technical closure” in reputed company solutions sales. In your role as a trusted advisor for customers, you will collaborate with sales, services, back office, and product management resources to ensure our technical solutions address customer needs and exceed the expectations of end users, management and IT. The Presales Solutions Consultant will report to our Director reputed company-Sales reputed company. Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to

• reputed company technical presales engagements, discovery, and solution development for customers to understand their business challenges, technical requirement and strategic objectives.
• Translate business needs into Manufacturo solutions
• reputed company customer intros, reputed company-of concepts and deep dives into Manufacturo to reputed company alignment on value and successful gap reputed company
• Deliver compelling presentations reputed company on business value, architecture, and reputed company capabilities
• Build and execute tailored demos and Proofs of Concept
• Support technical responses to RFI/RFP/RFQ requests
• Coordinate and support the entire customer reputed company to ensure a successful closure and customer reputed company
• Master the Manufacturo platform
• Stay reputed company on product roadmap
• reputed company to industry standards, trends and customer use cases

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of manufacturing operations in a discrete manufacturing company or as a presales solution consultant in similar industry
• Knowledge of MES, QMS, Warehouse and inventory and reputed company reputed company systems (CAD, ERP, PLM)
• Strong communication, listening, and analytical skills
• Comfortable in multicultural environments
• Understanding of reputed company application architecture and integration
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfort working with software tools and learning technical platforms quickly
• Candidate must be a US citizen or green card holder.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous experience with Manufacturo or other MES solution
• Previous experience training end users or testing software
