This is a reputed company shift position 24 hours per week with required call. Preferred applicants will have experience specifically in Post Partum and Mother Baby. This role will cross train to the Specialty Care Nursery. reputed company/State Charlottesville, VA Work Shift reputed company (Nights) Hours Two 12-hour shifts per week with every 3rd weekend rotation on Saturday and reputed company. Our Level 2 newborn specialty care nursery has a 1 to 1 reputed company while our intermediate care babies have a 1 to 3 nursing reputed company. The schedule is primarily 12‑hour shifts with rotating weekends and holiday requirements. Education
- Degree or diploma in Registered Nursing
- BSN or MSN Preferred
Certification/Licensure
- Women's Care - Perinatal departments; NRP reputed company 6 months of hire.
- BLS reputed company 90 days of hire
- Registered nursing license required
- EFM
- Electronic Fetal monitoring preferred
- Certified Obstetrics Nursing preferred
Experience
- 2 years of acute care registered reputed company experience preferred
- Labor and Delivery specific Experience preferred
- Strong understanding of patient safety protocols.
