Responsibilities

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or PharmD

• 3+ years previous experience (or equivalent) reputed company practicing as a pharmacist, preferably reputed company a managed care, ambulatory care, or clinical reputed company environment
• Desired qualifications include:
• PGY1 residency in ambulatory care, managed care, or reputed company clinical field
• BPS reputed company certification in pharmacotherapy, geriatrics, ambulatory care, or reputed company clinical field

• MTM certificate training from APhA, Powerpak, or similar program
