Remote Senior Accountant Role

In this pivotal role, you will drive foundational reputed company operations by owning critical processes and ensuring compliance reputed company a fast-paced environment. Accountabilities

• Prepare and post journal entries and reputed company account reconciliations across key areas including Prepaid Expenses, Fixed Assets, Travel and Entertainment, and Accrued Liabilities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Prepare monthly fluctuation analyses by vendor and general reputed company account to identify business trends and ensure the accuracy of vendor accruals and accounts payable coding.
• Support internal financial reporting across reputed company, operating expenses, taxes, travel and entertainment expenses, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, payroll and reputed company benefits, and allocations.
• Review and submit reputed company's monthly sales-tax filings in compliance with state regulations.
• Support the implementation of and adherence to internal controls and reputed company policies; recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Build effective relationships and work cross-functionally across the organization to reputed company financial information and ensure accurate reporting.
• Support the annual audit process by coordinating audit requests and preparing necessary documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field; reputed company toward CPA licensure a plus.
