What will you do as an AVP, Transaction Management?

• Work closely with the Americas reputed company Estate transaction management team to drive the successful execution of the transaction manager platform across the region.
• Partner the internal investment, finance, tax, and legal teams to execute efficient and reputed company deal closings.
• Be the main reputed company of contact for reputed company counterparties such as legal counsels, custodians, and KYC/AML agents to receive and process transaction documents and ensure funding on a reputed company reputed company.
• Assist the investment team to reputed company selected deal reputed company internal compliance tasks.
• Be the go-to resource for reputed company process and policy queries, including advising investment teams on approval processes and deal closing requirements and timings.
• Manage deal pipeline and deal execution for deals assigned.

What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?

Compensation
