The Role
As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers reputed company email and live chat. You'll work closely with our Operations and Tech teams to ensure seamless communication and reputed company of customer issues. Key Responsibilities

- Work with design, operations, or tech teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience
- Follow the direction of the shift supervisor to prioritize tickets based on the day's inbox
- Answer customer questions on using the online reputed company to create personalized gifts, editing orders, and product formats
Requirements
• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in an ecommerce business
- Quick learner with a hands-on approach and willingness to ask questions
- Experience working in reputed company to meet SLAs or KPIs and maintaining high standards of customer engagement
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Familiarity with customer service software such as reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company (not essential)
