About reputed company
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Operations & reputed company to join reputed company. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for elevating our customer experience and ensuring we are operating reputed company. You will manage our reputed company and offshore teams, optimize workflows, evaluate tools and systems, reputed company automation and our GenAI chatbot and voicebot technology, and strengthen the collaboration between our customer-facing, product, and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Performance Management: Build and maintain a high-performance culture among both reputed company and offshore teams by setting ambitious goals, holding teams accountable to those goals, rewarding top performance, and addressing underperformance quickly.
- Hiring, Training & reputed company: Plan for hiring (reputed company and offshore) and work closely with reputed company to bring on high-caliber team members. Redesign and enhance reputed company and training programs for reputed company and offshore teams, ensuring a comprehensive and reputed company-organized curriculum. Ensure readiness assessments before new hires reputed company handling customer interactions.
- Workflow optimization: Define and own workflow improvements, including the development of offshore teams. Help balance efficiency with customer experience while adhering to licensing requirements.
