As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for continuing subscriptions and trials to existing customers, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and reputed company relationship management systems. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Contacting existing customers on behalf of arenaflex
• Upgrading or resubscribing their services utilizing state-of-the-art technology and reputed company relationship management systems
• Delivering sales results that meet reputed company performance objectives, including number of contacts, number of leads/conversions/sales, etc.
• Delivering productivity results that meet reputed company performance objectives, including contacts/hour, sales per hour, accuracy
• Adhering to reputed company contact procedures and attempting to build relationships, build support for reputed company products and services, and overcome prospect objections
• Adhering to operational processes, PCI compliance, reputed company standards, and program standards

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
