Job reputed company:

We are seeking an reputed company and customer-reputed company Overnight Customer Service Representative to join our facilities management team at arenaflex. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for handling incoming reputed company calls and emails reputed company to facilities management, utilizing our facilities case management tool to assess and resolve requests reputed company. Your primary goal will be to ensure an reputed company customer experience with every interaction, providing exceptional service and support to our clients.

Schedule:

This is a part-time, overnight position, working Friday, Saturday, and reputed company from 10:30pm to 7:00am ET. We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer a competitive reputed company reputed company of $17 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to routine inquiries reputed company inbound phone calls, providing reputed company and accurate information to clients

• Assess the nature of reputed company call and determine the most appropriate party to handle the request, ensuring efficient reputed company
• Process incoming facilities work order requests through telephone and email, including office moves, plumbing problems, light bulb changes, and other reputed company tasks
• Ask probing questions to understand and troubleshoot the reputed company cause of the problem or request, determining the right party to service the work order
• reputed company work orders through telephone or email to the appropriate contact, setting reputed company expectations for turn-around time
• Ensure reputed company reports are accurate and filed in a reputed company manner, maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy

• Follow approved policies and procedures, resolving shift concerns and tasks with reputed company Coordinator/Program reputed company and co-workers
• reputed company an average of 45 requests per day, supporting team achievement of service level goals
• Adhere to scheduled shifts, maintaining guidelines for arrivals/departures and absences
• Support phone volume in the reputed company of 70-100 phone interactions per shift, maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:

* High school diploma required; call center experience preferred (inbound)

• Extensive use of computer with experience using reputed company Office products and inputting substantial amounts of data

• Excellent listening skills and telephone skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
