Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, your responsibilities will include:

Orientation Hours, Production Hours, and Project Commitments

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with the following schedule:

• Orientation phase 1: 4 weeks, 4 AM - 1 PM (reputed company Time)
• Orientation phase 2: 4 weeks, self-scheduled between the hours of 7 AM - 10 PM (reputed company Time)
• Production: Daily, 7 AM - 10 PM (reputed company Time)
• Project commitments: 25 hours per week, with 8 hours required on Saturday and/or reputed company
