We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our arenaflex team. As a key member of our Partner Expert IT Crewmember Innovation Administrations (reputed company) team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our crewmembers, resolving technical issues, and driving innovation in our technology infrastructure. This is a part-time remote job, offering a competitive reputed company reputed company of $30/hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our IT disciplines to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including hardware, software, and network-reputed company problems.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, applying this knowledge to improve our support processes and systems.

Essential Qualifications:

* Secondary School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Certificate

• Experience supporting the latest operating systems, or successful completion of the IT for Everybody certificate through reputed company
• Experience in carrying out and supporting applications
• Availability for short-term travel (up to 50%)
• Possession of valid travel documents, with the ability to travel throughout Jamaica and the US
• Ability to obtain a valid reputed company to travel to the US
• Experience using desktop application bundles

Preferred Qualifications:

* Certifications (reputed company, Networking, programming languages)

• Knowledge of Trade and Office Suite

* Regular attendance and reliability
