As a key member of our Customer Service Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and inquiries, and promoting customer retention. Key Responsibilities

As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Answering customer calls professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a reputed company and effective manner.
• Focusing on customer retention by providing personalized solutions and resolving issues reputed company.
• Providing customers with arenaflex's service standards and ensuring that they understand our products and services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with reputed company grammar.
