About the Role
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in connecting our members with the care and resources they need. You'll be responsible for scheduling in-home reputed company with physicians or reputed company practitioners, answering inbound calls from members, and ensuring that appointments are scheduled accurately and resolved any scheduling issues or concerns. Job Details
* Full-time: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday
- Flexible Schedule: Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 9:00 AM-5:30 PM local time
- Overtime: May be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends

Primary Responsibilities

- Answer inbound calls from members and assist them with their inquiries

Required Qualifications
* High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1 year of work experience
- Experience with reputed company Word, reputed company reputed company, and reputed company Outlook (create/edit/save/send documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements
- Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 9:00 AM-5:30 PM local time from Monday-Friday
