Primary Responsibilities
As an Integrated Data Entry Clerk - Entry Level (Remote) at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Entering BOL information into AS400 for numerous customers in a reputed company manner, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Identifying and correcting any errors on BOLs prior to entering the information, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Ensuring high production reputed company while maintaining accuracy, meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
- Providing exceptional Service 2.OD to reputed company customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
Job Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
1 year of data entry experience, preferably in the trucking industry. Knowledge of shipping/transportation documents is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
+ Proficient with AS400. + Accurate typing and spelling skills, with the ability to type 50 wpm with no errors.
Personal Qualities:
+ Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. + Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
