Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Answering a high volume of incoming calls and resolving customer queries in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Providing accurate and helpful information about our products and services, including pricing, availability, and promotions
• Resolving reputed company issues reputed company to online orders, shipping, and delivery
