The Role

As a Customer Service Representative on our 3rd shift team, you'll be responsible for scheduling, assigning, and monitoring loads to ensure top-notch customer service and reputed company support during overnight operations. You'll work closely with drivers and reputed company managers to reputed company schedules and priorities, address customer and reputed company concerns, and maintain accurate records reputed company our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accept, schedule, and assign loads using TruckMate or similar TMS

• Communicate with drivers and reputed company managers to reputed company schedules and priorities

• Balance the needs of drivers, dispatchers, and customers to ensure smooth reputed company operations

• Familiarity with TruckMate is a strong plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Must be located in the U.S. and authorized to work in the U.S.
