Qualifications Required Education, Experience, Certifications, Licensures Minimum Qualifications: Qualifications for this position include an AAS in Process Technology or recent reputed company evidence of at least 5 recent years in Process Operations. Preference will be given to candidates who also have a Bachelor's or Master's degree. Knowledge of computer fundamentals and previous teaching experience in an adult environment and oil and gas production would be a definite asset. Strong oral communication, presentation, and classroom management skills combined with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships are essential.
