As part of Team arenaflex, you'll help our clients by addressing their customers' concerns, providing support, and resolving issues. As an On-Site Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention.

Responsibilities:

* Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of the product and/or service

• Document call-reputed company information for auditing and reporting purposes
• Maintain and update customer information as necessary
• Upsell reputed company customers on new or reputed company services
• reputed company exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to reputed company informed solutions

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
• Exceptional listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to resolve reputed company customer issues
