As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service and accuracy for plan benefits and accompanying workflow. You will evaluate communications from members and providers, process requests accordingly, and reputed company as the primary contact for plan benefit questions for reputed company lines of business. You will also be responsible for oral and written communications to members and providers in response to questions and requests.
Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- Two (2) years of reputed company customer service experience required
- Experience in a health plan setting preferred

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
