Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a reputed company call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, providing reputed company and accurate responses to their queries

- Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently

Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
