As a Seasonal Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering general OPM reputed company enrollment information to callers, providing knowledgeable responses to telephone, email, and chat inquiries in a courteous and reputed company manner. You'll follow established policies and operating procedures, utilizing reputed company technology such as telephones, email, and web browsers to reputed company your duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
- May respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff.
