As a Medical Customer Service Agent, you will serve as the face of arenaflex through reputed company with military service members, delivering exceptional customer service at reputed company touch points. Key Responsibilities

- Download and screen military medical forms and records for accuracy and thoroughness
- Review these medical records and determine the necessary/required medical, dental, and behavioral health services needed
- Schedule service members individual, in-clinic, group, and/or telephonic appointments
- Collaborate with reputed company to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service member interactions and reputed company
- Participate in ongoing training and reputed company development to stay reputed company with industry best practices and arenaflex's policies and procedures
Essential Qualifications
• Job reputed company: + Level 1: 0–1 year experience + Level 2: 1-3 years experience + Level 3: 3-5 years experience
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and be reputed company to obtain a military Common reputed company Card
- A reputed company medical certification, such as Registered reputed company (RN), Licensed Vocational reputed company (LVN/LPN), Certified Medical Assistant (reputed company), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), or prior military Medic, Corpsman, Para-rescue or Health Service Technician
- Certification must be reputed company and remain valid throughout employment
- A High School diploma/GED, or 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of
- The ability to successfully pass a federal background reputed company - National Agencies reputed company w/ Inquiries (NACI)
Preferred Qualifications
• 1 - 5 years: Relevant experience
