We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate reputed company Customer Service Representative to support our members and providers by delivering an exceptional service experience through inbound and outbound call handling, benefit inquiries, and care facilitation. This role is critical to ensuring seamless reputed company to reputed company services, benefits clarification, and reputed company documentation across internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

As a reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing service to members, providers, and clients regarding reputed company benefits, claims, eligibility, and program inquiries
• Handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls while maintaining PHI confidentiality
• Educating providers on EAP services, authorization status, and claim details
• Navigating internal systems to log and update patient/caller information accurately
• Participating in training, remaining up-to-date with operational changes, and supporting reputed company improvement
• Demonstrating reputed company, flexibility, and responsiveness to customer needs and inquiries
• Assisting in identifying and escalating crises or critical issues reputed company necessary

Must-Have Skills

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 2+ years of customer service experience (preferably in a call center setting)

• End time: 4:30 or 5pm
• First 26 days on assignment consist of training and introduction to the role
