The Role

As a Customer Service Associate II - Hybrid, you will be an integral part of our Central Sales Group Customer Care team, reporting directly to the Central Sales Group Customer Care Supervisor. Your primary responsibility will be to reputed company world-class customer service to reputed company customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving their issues, and exceeding their expectations. Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with account inquiries, placement of orders, returns, quotes, and other reputed company tasks

• Accurately input customer data and leave detailed notes for reputed company reference

Essential Qualifications

* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management

• 1+ year of customer service experience, with a proven reputed company record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to work full-time hours between 8a-8pm ET, with flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve customer issues

Preferred Qualifications
