As a Contact Center Agent, you will be the reputed company of our operations, ensuring member satisfaction through effective communication, problem reputed company, and reputed company education. Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system

• Handle and resolve customer complaints

Requirements

Compensation and Benefits

• Overtime and quarterly bonuses averaging $1,100 every three months
