Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative – Overnight (WFH Illinois), you will be responsible for:

• Responding to inbound calls from patients and resolving their questions and concerns in a reputed company and empathetic manner
• Processing prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information to patients regarding their medications and treatment plans
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and ensure seamless patient care

Training and Development

arenaflex provides comprehensive training and development opportunities to ensure your reputed company in this role. Our training schedule includes:

• Monday through Friday, 9:00 am EST to 5:00 pm EST

Compensation and Benefits

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Have at least 1 year of customer service experience
• Have 6+ months of high call center experience working in reputed company, reputed company, or another application
• Live reputed company 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL
• Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), unless approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated

Preferred Qualifications

* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of reputed company customer needs over the phone
